2. What we process and why

When you write to us (including through the form on this site, which only prepares an e-mail in your own e-mail app), we process your name, contact details and the content of your message to answer your enquiry and to prepare an offer or contract at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR), and to keep a record of our correspondence in case of claims (Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR, our legitimate interest).

3. How long we keep it

We keep enquiry correspondence for 12 months after our last contact. If a contract is concluded, we keep the data for as long as required by tax and accounting law and for the limitation period of claims.

4. Recipients

Google Ireland Ltd / Google LLC (e-mail service, Gmail) and Cloudflare, Inc. (website hosting and delivery; technical server logs such as IP address and browser type). These providers may process data in the United States; transfers are based on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or Standard Contractual Clauses. We do not sell your data.

5. Cookies and tracking

This website does not use cookies, analytics or advertising pixels. Fonts and scripts are served from our own domain.

6. Your rights

You have the right to access, rectify, erase or restrict your data, to data portability and to object to processing based on our legitimate interest. To use them, write to ak31ltd@gmail.com. You may also lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office (Prezes UODO), ul. Stawki 2, 00-193 Warsaw.

7. Is providing data required?

No. It is voluntary, but without contact details we cannot reply to you.

8. Visualisations

Interior images on this website are computer-generated visualisations used to illustrate our services. They do not depict completed AK31 projects.
